Fertility Preservation
Fertility preservation means storing eggs, sperm or embryos for use later, using a rapid freezing technique called vitrification. It is undertaken for medical reasons — such as medical treatment that may affect fertility — and for non-medical reasons, where someone wants/has to postpone trying for a pregnancy.
